Lindsay Lohan's selling up

Lindsay Lohan is selling her luxury apartment.

The 'Mean Girls' actress is hoping to get $2.8 million for her lavish three bedroom pad just off West Hollywood's Sunset Strip.

One Los Angeles real estate agent told People magazine: "It was an investment. She'll make a nice turnaround."

Lindsay bought the home in Sierra Towers - which also boasts Cher and Matthew Perry as residents - in 2005 for just $1.9 million but never moved in.

Instead, the 20-year-old took up residence in the renowned Chateau Marmont hotel.

Lindsay is also hoping the move will help put her stalker off the scent.
